Shipping Time:
The seller will ship the order within 3-5 days after payment is completed.(special circumstances can be negotiated)
Shipping Policy:
1.International shipping costs are borne by the buyer, and the seller is responsible for handing the goods to the carrier.
2.For disputes caused by product quality issues, shipping costs will be covered by the seller.
Returns without quality issues:
1.The buyer can apply for a return and refund within 7 days from the date of receipt.
2.The product must be in brand-new, unused condition with intact packaging
3.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4.Refund rates:
- 100% refund if requested within 7 days.
- 50% refund if requested within 14-21 days.
- No refund after 30 days.
Returns for quality issues: (proof required via photo or video)
1.Quality issues: The product is damaged or cannot be installed.
2.Incorrect item: The product does not match the order.
The return shipping cost will be borne by the seller.
Exchange Policy:
1.If there is no quality issue, the buyer must contact the seller to negotiate the exchange process, and return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
2.The seller will process the exchange or refund after receiving and verifying that the product is in good condition and unused.
Custom products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Return Process:
